Just a few faux pas that slipped out over the weekend...
"Do you remember that famous writer, what's his name? Oh that's it - Ken Rankin!"
Mark - erm, we think you meant Ian Rankin?
"This doesn't look like a cash till?"
Dawn - referring to a games machines which she inadvertently mistook (with the help of a very unfriendly customer information lady) as a cash till!
"The stewardess said we had to collect our bags ourselves at the bottom of the steps"
Sally - after climbing down the steps off the plane onto the tarmac. Yes, it was a cheap flight but collecting your own bags from the plane... come on!
